Super rustic restaurant. If we are here, no visit remains open. Here, the service comes to the guest and does so with great vigor. ???

Very good food! The duck was great! The food could have been a bit warmer! But otherwise very nice interior with lots of small parlors! Very nice host and very dedicated, friendly and eager wait staff! A very high praise! You can really eat the menu up and down here! Everything tastes good!

Delicious meal. Cozy. Very nice staff. Unfortunately, nobody answers the phone.

With a reservation we had to wait for a free table. We were lucky to be able to sit under the roof when it rained, otherwise we would have had to wait longer. Käsespätzle tasted like nothing and the onions tasted like bacon, although the dish is considered vegetarian. Pork loin wasn't through (bloody), service was overwhelmed (e.g. my second wine spritzer was forgotten), but service was very friendly. After the visit came the stomach trouble.

Very cozy and delicious food. Prices are reasonable. The beer garden is very cozy. We ate a special burger and a veggie burger. The patty in the veggie burger was unfortunately way too thin. Curd strudel highly recommended ? Service very friendly. Unfortunately it took a very long time after asking until the bill came. NO CARD PAYMENT!

Although only 2/3 of the tables were occupied, we had to wait half an hour for the starter and another three quarters of an hour for the main course. The food was okay but not great. The noodles were still hard and the crust roast had no crust.

We were there twice within 3 days and tried different dishes. Everything was great and all the dishes were homemade. We had short waiting times and were served by very friendly staff. They also responded to all special requests. Always my pleasure :)

Service was very nice, unfortunately that was all. The food was not good and we waited forever after the meal to order or pay for something.

We came here spontaneously. The waiter ignored us at first and seemed to be having a bad day. Kindness excluded. I was very disappointed when my cheese spaetzle came because they were not - as announced in the menu - with roasted onions (and as can be seen in other pictures). Also very diluted, creamy taste. Hardly any cheese. The schnitzel was definitely freshly tapped, but unfortunately you could taste the same flavor-enhancing spice here as with the cheese spaetzle. Not nearly as lovingly done as seen in previous reviews. Too bad, but not recommended.

Is very idyllic under old trees. Small, cozy beer garden, as there used to be many. The card reads classically, everything you would expect here. The beer cold and tasty, the roast pork crispy and the dumplings loose. And if things are not going so quickly because of Covid, the good mood doesn't stop.

3.5 stars rounded up. Fast service and friendly service - cozy shop. Priced okay. The food is ok but not outstanding - could use a little more spices.

Excellent food in a rustic atmosphere. The service was also always impeccable on our visits. With us it always worked out well to get a table. Reservations are recommended for dinner and in larger groups.

The most beautiful restaurant here in Schönau. Super delicious and fresh food and owners and waitresses are more than friendly and on the ball. Always like to eat here again, no criticisms

Family restaurant with very good atmosphere and fantastic food. The restaurant is located in a house, where each room is a different environment and decorated with photos and local articles. Great beer.
